To celebrate Pride month we thought we'd share our top 10 favourite LGBTQ+ film and TV, which you should definitely watch. In no particular order:
- RuPaul's Drag Race
- Paris is Burning
- Queer Eye
- Queer as Folk
- The Rocky Horror Picture Show
- Milk
- Heartstopper
- A Secret Love
- It's a Sin
- Pride
The above are our top 10 but to be honest, we could go on (Pose, Philadelphia, Love Simon, Circus of Books, Feel Good, Special, I am Michael, Tab Hunter Confidential, The Death and Life of Marsha P. Johnson, Matt Shepard is a Friend of Mine, Hating Peter Tatchell). There are also some great films and TV shows that aren't directly LGBTQ+ but have a really positive and powerful representation. The below deserve a mention, but a special mention goes to Some Like It Hot because it is fabulously camp and ahead of its time (1959).
